How a data driven approach helped Jeff Sauer to scale his business globally

And so that’s in the good days and the bad days, 10 to 20% of your time, which if you do the math somewhere between four and eight hours a week. And so for eight hours a week doing some kind of revenue generating activity or brand building activity you should be doing, and that means you should be sending out at least one email a week and you can find time if you look at it from that allocation of your hours.’’  – Jeff Sauer
